I've looked at other buddies who are not linked to their cell and when they are offline I see that the "off the record" is grayed out, but on the buddy who is linked to their cell and showing offline the "off the record" is available to click on, so then, how would would actually know when they are online or not since they always have their cell phone on?? Hope that I explained this clearly. Thanks for any help with this.
