Hello,
My friend and me wrote a plugin few days back. We requested wordpress.org to host plugin for us using url – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add/, they have also approved our request. We have received svn address as well.
But the problem is he don't know how to upload plugin file and readme.txt file in trunks folder.
He is using GlabalSCAPE – CuteFTP Program and loggin using normal login details.
I know Devil Guys have submitted few plugins on WordPress. I would appreciate your help regarding uploading plugin.

Sorry for late reply.
You will need SVN program to "upload" files into SVN.
Don't use FTP softwares.
Use TortoiseSVN – http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads
