    when i shut down my laptop it doer not shut down……i am phasing this problem from 2 or 3 months plz help me ……..

    when i shut down my laptop….then it simply shutting down and after saving all the setting a black screen comesss…

    I guess black screen is expected! :O
    Please give us more details…
    Did you get scan disk at startup?

    no i dont get scan disk at start up but when i use my laptop for long time then when we go for shut down then nothing happen….and my laptop get hangged

    it may be some driver problem then.
    What are content of screen when laptop hangs?
