I tried to add my debit card details as I dont have a credit card, but it was not accepted for some reason though I have sufficient amount for their temporary charge which is $1.00 USD.
I was able to add my bank account successfully, now the problem is that with this bank account PayPal says that I can only withdraw money not add money.
So I would like to know what are the ways to add money in the PayPal account. Can I transfer money with online transaction?
Any pointers given will be appreciated.

RayanIts says that we can confirm our debit or credit card, then why are they not supporting debit cards.

Botswana safariRyan you can ask for IFCA code from back and this way you can link your bank account to your paypal.
Though I’m unsure this way will you be able to make online payment, but this way you will be able to transfer money to your ban account.@Rayan
Dude, the option for adding debit cards to paypal account for Indian users is unavailable. If you want to verify your paypal without credit card, then the below two posts may be useful to you:

as per his previous post, he have already linked his paypal with bank a/c so, I don’t think, he will need IFSC code any more.
