If you are talking abt the watermark, you can do it easily using Photoshop,

or PHP
http://www.sitepoint.com/article/watermark-images-php/
http://koivi.com/php-gd-image-watermark/If you are asking for that lower right corner image, then open the image in photoshop, simply write sth using text tool and apply drop shadow to it.
Hope that helps
ParticipantCan anyone explain in detail about how to do like SCRAPSLIVE.COM on the animated pictures

I didn’t mean the watermark but the other at bottom in red..
how to do it on already animated pic without losing its animation..
Participantdownload ulead gif animator,
and open the animated image with it, then save each layer of image seperately….
then open each layer in photoshop. Then by using the clone stamp tool, erase the text, and save the image file, then create an animated image by using gif animator by using the newly saved images…..Keymaster@Sunil
There must be an easy way to do this.
I am on Mac so lost touch with windows softwares but there must be a tool to automate all steps u have mentioned.Participantoops!!
Got what you were talking about..
Well, though I have never tried that personally, but I think, a simple image editor will do your needs -
