Back in October, 2010 you might remember a post by DW on Google’s competition for young coders called Google Code-in. This competition was an extension by Google of its Summer of Code program to pre-university students only. This was a way to find and encourage really young programmers.
Gautam Gupta who has written a few guest posts on DW and also had indicated that he is participating in the contest on one of our posts. What’s more, he is only 15 years old!
He was ranked 5th in the Google Code-in (GCI) competition. He gets a Google T-shirt, USD 500/- and most importantly he gets to visitΒ Google’s Mountain View, California, USA Headquarters. π
A big congratulations from everyone at Devils’ Workshop to Gautam Gupta.
