Its not so hard to find a person who does not need rapidshare account. Its me here, I don’t need because:
1. I don’t download much from rapidshare. I use torrent.
2. I don’t host my files on rapidshare as they will be deleted within 3 months of inactivity.
3. It is just a 2 month valid account.
4. Importantly, if I want to host files, I have a sugarsync account for 30GB. Great huh!

Between I agree with you as I use torrent most of the time.
But there are some files which are ONLY available on rapidshare.
I suggest you try Eat Bytes Free File Hosting for file uploads. They have no download limit, so everything is free. No need to buy a “premium” account.
