Whenever you open a webpage in browser, browser automatically builds a DOM tree from that. You can then manipulate DOM tree i.e. add, remove, edit its nodes (content) using JavaScript.
I am not clear what you want exactly.
You can build DOM tree or manipulate using jQuery. There is Greasemonkey with userscripts who is dedicated for client-side personalization.
Regarding quality analysis, try gtmetrix.com
You just need to tell AdSense that you are not involved in any US activities.

You will need SVN program to "upload" files into SVN.
Don't use FTP softwares.
Use TortoiseSVN – http://tortoisesvn.net/downloadsstart blogging…

I am not sure about answer but I will certainly not use proxy to avail discount when I am paying some bucks to avail a service.
