We all know that Orkut is so popular in Brazil and most of the users of Orkut write their native country as “Brazil”. But did you know that Afghanistan is the seventh most popular country worldwide that uses Orkut? It’s so weird but this is correct, according to Orkut’s demographics, Afghanistan is the seventh most popular country in the world.
Well the reason behind this is that “Afghanistan” word comes on the top in the list of countries if we consider alphabetically. Whenever a user makes a fake profile on Orkut, the person generally uses the first country that is “Afghanistan” as his native country. Mostly fake account uses this country and we all know that Orkut is full of fake profiles. So that actually makes orkut popular in Afghanistan. 😉

well let me tell you the exact reason, most of the latest news in orkut’s official blog are either known to everyone or that are not at all relevant (like happy independence day 😛 ), so we have to update this blog by posting even a small info related to orkut.
btw this is a nice post which is appreciated by many people and I don’t know why you don’t like it, so can’t help it….
I don’t think the word in the post is all correct… coz most of the time a user make a fake profile they use their native country… as example I made 2 fke profiles and I choosed india.. I have 6-7 friends they all have fke profile … they all choosed India for all the acount…
