In my last post about CityVille, Zynga’s new game I had mentioned about its launch and wondered if it could gain as much popularity as FarmVille. Well, it had already gained 300,000 players in the first 24 hours of its launch and 3 million active users in its first week.
Now the stats say that 6 million daily active users are playing CityVille, which is 4 times faster than FrontierVille and 5 times faster than FarmVille. Looking at the stats one starts to wonder whether this new game will continue to break records and top our game application list. 🙂
